Mr. Marek Bajor, President of MWM Elektro Sp. z o.o., has been appointed to the Council of the Mining Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GIPH). The decision was made during the 39th Ordinary General Assembly of Representatives of the Members of the Mining Chamber of Commerce and Industry, held on June 8, 2026, at FASING S.A. Mining Equipment and Tools Factory in Katowice.

What does the council of the mining chamber of commerce and industry do?
The Council of the Mining Chamber of Commerce and Industry is elected by the General Assembly of GIPH Members. It consists of the President of the Chamber and between 10 and 25 members representing key enterprises operating in the mining, energy, and industrial sectors.
The Council’s main responsibilities include defining the strategic directions of the Chamber’s activities, approving financial plans, interpreting the provisions of the Statute, considering appeals, and making decisions regarding the organization and further development of GIPH. Council meetings are held at least twice a year.
