BB-7000/AC-14m/s skip hoisting machine

BB-7000/AC-14m/s skip hoisting machine is designed for double-conveyance haulage mining hoists. It is a double-drum hoisting machine with the capability of mutual exchange of winding drums. It is applied in a double-conveyance mine shaft hoist without a balancing rope.

Scope of the project

  1. installation of the hoisting machine,
  2. installation of the shaft signalling and communication system,
  3. development of technical documentation for the entire scope of the task,
  4. production and delivery of hoisting machine components and the shaft signalling and communication system,
  5. supervision of the hoisting machine installation,
  6. execution of procedures related to the approval of equipment for use in mining operations,
  7. commissioning of the delivered equipment.

BB-7000/AC-14m/s skip hoisting machine

The BB-7000/AC-14m/s skip hoisting machine (designated for eastern markets: 2Ц-7.0×3.2) is designed for double-conveyance haulage mining hoists. It is a double-drum hoisting machine with the capability of mutual exchange of winding drums. It is applied in a double-conveyance mine shaft hoist without a balancing rope.

The BB-7000/AC-14m/s machine is operated manually from the control station or automatically – including in remote start mode with speed regulation.

  • a drive motor with a power output of 4500 kW and a rotational speed of 38.0 rpm.
